The room included a complimentary stocked fridge, restocked daily. The shower was spacious and had excellent water pressure. Check-in staff provided excellent service. He set a positive tone for my stay. The design connected with the city. The friendly staff accommodated every need.

The hotel has a charming private garden. It is perfect for a peaceful retreat. There is also a bar good for meetings, and a canal cruise that departs right outside the hotel entrance.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. It's easy to walk to the canal streets. The area felt safe, and it was easy to access transportation options for further exploration! It is very centrally located.

The breakfast included a wide variety of choices. The staff at the reception were very helpful during check-in. The location is quite convenient for visiting the Nine Streets shopping area.
My room faced the elevator shaft so the view was not pleasant. I could hear sounds during the night and it was hard to sleep. The hotel did not explain the amenities upon arrival.
